  5. LICENCE AGREEMENT

  7. You have the right to use this program for evaluation purposes. If you
  8. decide you would like to base a web site on files produced by QDCat,
  9. you need to buy a registered copy before doing so. The trial period is
  10. 30 days, after this time you should purchase a registered version or
  11. remove QDCat from your PC.
  12.  
  13. NOTE: You may not collect a fee of more than $5 in distributing this 
  14. program.  This should be more than enough to cover any costs
  15. you may have for the disk to hold the program and/or postage, etc.

  17. Limited Warranty

  19. This program, and reference materials are sold "as is", without
  20. warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for any
  21. particular purpose. The entire risk as to the results and performance of
  22. this program is assumed by you.

  24. However, to the original purchaser only, the publisher warrants the
  25. magnetic discs on which the program(s) is supplied to be free from defects and
  26. faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date
  27. of purchase. If during this 90 day period, the disc(s) should become defective,
  28. they may be returned to the publisher for replacement without charge provided
  29. proof of purchase of the program is supplied.

  31. Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited
  32. to replacement of the disc as provided above. If failure of a disc is due
  33. to accident or abuse, the publisher shall have no responsibility to
  34. replace the disc under the terms of this limited warranty.

  36. Any implied warranties relating to the the disc(s), including any implied
  37. warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are limited to a period of
  38. 90 days from the date of purchase. The publisher shall not be liable for
  39. indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of
  40. this product.
